Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain items, including final sale items, personalized products, and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for processing returns.

    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
